Here’s the only way to solve this problem:
- Ask a friend or someone you know from the Discussion Groups to buy the products for you and send them to you
- When they pay, they need to be sure to set the Billing Address to the EXACT same address as on the credit or debit card. The card processor will reject the payment if they differ.
