First, some basic instructions for using Bloodroot Capsules
- These instructions apply only to Zenith Herbal Triple-Strength Capsules, which contain 100mg of bloodroot root powder each.
- Adjust as necessary if you are using a different brand.
- Keep in mind that these herbal treatments are not as concentrated as synthetic drugs and dosage is not an exact science
- Listen to what your body is telling you as regards dosage
- Always get blood tests done to check on progress.
- Especially cancer markers
- Decide whether this is for Maintenance or Treatment
- For Maintenance
- For example, to support a black salve treatment, or to address recurring skin issues like warts, etc
- Take four to six capsules per day for at least three months, depending on your understanding of how your body responds to bloodroot
- For Treatment
- If you are treating a specific ailment, like tumors, etc
- Start with a maintenance dose for starters, and then increase your intake by two capsules per day
- Until you either start feeling nausea or get to 12 per day. Don’t take more than that
- If you feel nausea, then reduce the dosage by one per day until you can tolerate
- Remember to do regular blood tests, preferably monthly
How To Use Bloodroot Capsules (in more detail)
- Day 1-3: On the first 3 days, start by taking two capsules after breakfast and another two capsules at night. If you can’t swallow the capsule, follow this instruction: Open the capsule, mix half of the herb contents with honey, and drink. This is a very careful and slow progression
- Day 4-6: If your stomach can tolerate the initial dose, add two capsules, one after breakfast and another one at night.
- Day 7-9: If tolerated, drink four capsules after breakfast and at night. (4 caps after breakfast + 4 caps after dinner)
- Day 10-12: If tolerated, drink add two capsules after lunch (4 caps after breakfast + 2 caps after lunch 4 caps after dinner)
- Day 13 and beyond: If tolerated, increase to four capsules three times a day.
- (4 caps after breakfast + 4 caps after lunch 4 caps after dinner)
Important Bloodroot Capsules Instructions:
- Only increase capsules taken if tolerated by the stomach.
- Document or mark in your calendars the doses taken to avoid confusion.
- Drink plenty of water every day when taking bloodroot capsules.
- Reduce the dose when you experience these symptoms for long periods: Flu-like symptoms, diarrhea, or nausea.
- Take a break if you feel lethargic all the time. This is the result of the liver and kidneys detoxified.
- Take a break from drinking bloodroot capsules for one week after drinking for a month, depending on your tolerance for bloodroot
Instructions For Treating an Animal:
- Open one capsule and mix a pinch of the bloodroot capsule content with the wet food.
