Card payments are currently unavailable. Finding a reliable card processor for our products is challenging, as the FDA classifies bloodroot (Sanguinaria canadensis) as a “dangerous and unapproved ingredient in topical applications—particularly when combined with other components in escharotic formulations like black salve”.
There is a simple workaround to pay by card: Buy the amount of Bitcoin that you need from Coinbase or Kraken and pay us with Bitcoin. Yes, there is one extra step, but you will get a 20% Discount for your effort.
This regulatory stance makes many traditional payment providers hesitant or unwilling to process transactions for these items.
We are actively working to establish a new processing account and appreciate your patience. In the meantime, please use one of our alternative payment methods.

Order Limit: This payment option is available only for orders under $300.
Billing Address Requirements: Your billing address must exactly match the address registered with your credit or debit card issuer.
- No P.O. Boxes: We are unable to process orders with P.O. Box addresses as the billing address. These will be automatically rejected by our payment processor.

Ensuring your billing information is accurate helps prevent processing delays or payment rejections.

This is where you use the old-style "SegWit" method of paying with Bitcoin. Please confirm you can be identified as the sender of your payment by replying to the order confirmation email we sent you. The information below is also on our Payment Options page.

If you have never used Bitcoin before:

Open an account with Coinbase or Kraken
Buy as much Bitcoin as you need to pay for your order, plus $1 for the transfer fee. For example, if you need to pay $82.00, then deposit $83.00
You can buy Bitcoin with your card
Then send us the payment, either using the QR code or the Address
Let us know that you sent it. Simply reply to the email you received when you placed the order.

Use the Lightning Network if your Wallet supports it. Payments arrive nearly instantly and at very low transfer costs—just a couple of cents.

Zelle is no longer available. BoA canceled our Zelle.

- We cannot accept Paypal and Venmo because Bloodroot products are banned on their platforms for reasons I do not know.

- We cannot accept Popmoney payments. Their service is rubbish and unreliable and they make you wait on the phone forever for “customer service”.

Mail and Package Forwarding Services for Delivery outside the USA

Sign-up on their website; click here.
USA2ME will provide you with a US mailing address or registered mailbox.
Buy your products at the Zenith Herbal site and provide the US shipping address supplied by USA2ME.
We will ship the products directly to your US mailing or registered mailbox provided by USA2ME.
Once they receive it, USA2ME will take photos and log your package on their system. You will receive a notification to track your items.
On the USA2ME site, you can choose from a variety of shipping methods and package consolidation options.
If you have other packages from other stores, USA2ME can consolidate them and ship them all together so you can save money.
From there, you can manage where you want your Zenith Herbal products to be delivered.
You can now have them delivered to your home in Australia.
