We apologize for the limited payment options available. Our herbal products, while beneficial, encounter challenges in the payment processing industry due to various political sensitivities. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate this.

Update about Visa/Mastercard payments with IDEM (25 Nov 2025): They’re no longer processing card payments and have stopped answering emails entirely, so we have no choice but to move to a different processor. This switch will, unfortunately, take a couple of months.

VISA or MasterCard (USA Only)

Order Limit: This payment option is available only for orders under $300.
Billing Address Requirements: Your billing address must exactly match the address registered with your credit or debit card issuer.
- No P.O. Boxes: We are unable to process orders with P.O. Box addresses as the billing address. These will be automatically rejected by our payment processor.

Ensuring your billing information is accurate helps prevent processing delays or payment rejections.

Pay by Bitcoin (Segwit)

This is where you use the old-style "SegWit" method of paying with Bitcoin. Please confirm that you can be identified as the sender of your payment. The best way to do this is to email us with, “I just sent you a payment of {amount} by Bitcoin for Order Number {order_number}.” Please make sure to specify your Order Number. The information below is also on our Payment Options page.

Segwit Native (Bech32)

Segwit is very secure, but also a bit more expensive and slow (10 to 20 minutes). Prefer to use Lightning if your wallet supports it. Our Segwit Address is bc1quk4ufcvqv45guujrev0yjthcca6y4ahweeckvx, or use the QR Code.

Best: Pay by Bitcoin (Lightning)

Use the Lightning Network if your Wallet supports it. Payments arrive nearly instantly and at very low transfer costs—just a couple of cents.

Types of Payments we Cannot Process

Zelle is no longer available. BoA canceled our Zelle.
PayPal and Venmo
- We cannot accept Paypal and Venmo because Bloodroot products are banned on their platforms for reasons I do not know.
PayItNow

PopMoney
- We cannot accept Popmoney payments. Their service is rubbish and unreliable and they make you wait on the phone forever for “customer service”.

Mail and Package Forwarding Services for Delivery outside the USA

Sign-up on their website; click here.
USA2ME will provide you with a US mailing address or registered mailbox.
Buy your products at the Zenith Herbal site and provide the US shipping address supplied by USA2ME.
We will ship the products directly to your US mailing or registered mailbox provided by USA2ME.
Once they receive it, USA2ME will take photos and log your package on their system. You will receive a notification to track your items.
On the USA2ME site, you can choose from a variety of shipping methods and package consolidation options.
If you have other packages from other stores, USA2ME can consolidate them and ship them all together so you can save money.
From there, you can manage where you want your Zenith Herbal products to be delivered.
You can now have them delivered to your home in Australia.
